Juan Angel Castillo Bertho is a Mexican artist. He was born in Zacatecas, Mexico, on February 22 1949.

He began painting at early age of four years, and was considered a born and natural talent, and sold is first painting at early age of ten years old. After many years of discipline and dedication he polished his natural talent. Castillo B. has participated in group,as well as one-man exhibits in Mexico, The United States, Canada, Japan and England.

His works have been featured in magazines and books such as Tierra Adentro, Voces y Reflejos, Rutas De La Luz, Mexico Siempre, and the book published by the secretaria de turismo de Baja California Norte, Baja California La Tierra Del Tiempo Detenido.
